One advantage of site #302 was having the one-hundred-year-old schooner Martha berthed outside our front window.

| Walking down Water St. with its tree-covered sidewalks and its plentiful shops makes for a delightful stroll. |
A walk from site #302 to the crosswalk at the ferry landing and back is a nice 1.7-mile jaunt.
