The Hot Paper Lantern Habanero peppers at 400,000-450,000 Scovilles on the spicy heat scale. For comparison, the Jalapeno is 3,500-10,000, and Tabasco is 30,000-50,000. |

The happy shopper |
The Farmers Market provided Laura all the ingredients she needed to create another wonderful dinner that evening. We'd had fun exploring the market, driving through the Uptown neighborhoods looking at the architecture and landscaping of older homes, and fit in a couple of more walks.
