Following our kayaking visit to Bowman Bay, we headed over to Washington Park, to walk the 2.2 mile scenic loop road. We've driven the loop several times, particularly to pull off the road on the park's west side and watch the sunset, but this would our first time walking it.
The park juts into Rosario Strait and features thick forest, lush natural moss gardens, a rocky shoreline, and stunning views of the San Juan Islands.
